Brinkley's, with Kristina

There is a fierce wind and rain whipping up the streets outside, which is why KO and I made it no further than up the block to Brinkley's, where it was blissfully calm and serene. I had not tried their burger yet and was pleasantly surprised at what a solid bar burger it proved to be. A little too much on the meat, I mean that was a lot of meat, but well grilled, good taste and accompanied by that most surprisingly rare of buns - the perfect squishy soft one. No more yummy pork sliders but the burger might make up for that omission.
