Ray kindly agreed to postpone a long walk for hand pulled noodles and have a more local lunch at Jup She instead. But Ray's easy like that, and I always support a craving for kimchi. Especially when it's piled on top of a steaming bowl of bulgogi hotstone bibimbap.
