4:00pm peanut butter cookies with chocolate ganache

The evenings are noticeably lighter earlier, which means I am in a rush to leave because quitting time crept up on me faster than I had anticipated. So quickly now, these peanut butter cookie sandwiches with chocolate ganache have existed at Oro in some form or another before, but we especially love them in this, their current iteration.
