The official name of this Caffe Falai dish is "Tagliolini al Grano Saraceno buckwheat thin tagliatelle, chickpea puree, tropea confit onion and pecorino". Basically a mouthful to say pasta with chickpea puree and onion confit. Or even shorter they could have said REALLY GOOD TAGLIATELLE.
