Hill Country Chicken

I never remember whether it's Mama Els or Hill Country Classic that I prefer but I should remember next time that the wings only come in Classic and therefore it's Mama Els that I prefer, even though I really like chicken wings. There was a confusion in scheduling earlier today and we found ourselves up at Madison Sq. Park  conveniently around lunchtime with Hill Country Chicken just around the corner. I can never resist fried chicken, and judging by their lunch crowds, neither can anyone else.
