It's almost a bit too far, Noodle Village, down on Mott, but the pay off is so worth the walk. Quite possibly close to a perfect noodle soup, we love the lightness of the broth and the full flavors of the bowl's ingredients. There is no heaviness to weigh you down except the happiness of an utterly satisfying meal finding a home in your tummy.
