4:00pm apple crumble pie

When we got to the office on Monday morning, there was a big Tate's shopping bag with goodies in it. Yippie yay! This was the first time for us trying their pies and frankly we weren't all that hopeful, not because we don't trust Tate's, but because good pies are hard to come by. My first tiny spoonful was unheated, and slightly lackluster. The crust and the crumble were way too soggy. However 10 minutes in the toaster oven did it wonders, and now we had a warm, crisp not too sweet apple pie that we can look forward to having again and again.
