He said "paris brest" but I thought he said "pain presse", which would have been a weird name for this choux dessert from Ceci-Cela. As it turns out, the Paris-Brest was invented in 1891, or 1910 by other counts, to commemorate the Paris-Brest-Paris bicycle race.
