As Erin says, FPB does not disappoint when it comes to desserts. It's no surprise to me, I've always had a soft spot for the original Payard in the UES. We didn't try the lemon tart because the pear tart was too beautiful to resist. I can now also say it tasted as beautiful as it looked.
