We tell practically everyone about the "#18 roasted beef" Vietnamese baguette at Paris Sandwich but it's been a long time since we had it, a year in fact. It's probably the American cheese that makes it so good, since melted American cheese makes most things taste better, but there is something else oddly satisfying about the strange combination of Vietnamese marinated and grilled beef slices with strictly American garnishes. Trust us on this one, it's worth trying.

I'm going to trust you and get this for lunch one of these fine summer days.
It's good. I tried it last time you recommended it. I also like the curry beef sandwich but that one takes them longer to make.
