It's almost shocking we've never eaten at Ruben's while lunch blogging, it's not like we have anything against Ruben's. In fact I quite like their empanadas. But until today I didn't realize a single one of their large hefty empanada's makes a decently filling lunch. You can get it with a side of rice and beans or rice and chorizo, both which looked quite appetizing. We went the salad route, not as appetizing but appropriate for a hot summer day.
