Torrisi Italian Specialties

What's the protocol on when M. orders ahead of time so that I could pick up lunch at Torrisi on my way back from a site meeting? Do I have to wait in line with everyone else placing orders or can I just cut in front to pick up the order I clearly see waiting for me? I opted to wait in line as it wound through the store, but mostly only because I was in the last pages of a page turner so I was practically looking for an excuse to wait. But next time? My reading might not be so engrossing.
