Early September is not prime rhubarb season, not even close. But the strawberry rhubarb crumble from Balthazar captivated me nonetheless. Frankly it impressed us all, the one two combo was dead on today.

I love crumbles as deserts.
And when it comes to best choice I would always go with strawberry flavor.
