By 1:30pm they had run out of roast pork but I watched the guy in front of me order and I followed suit. The woman behind the counter used tongs to pick up a piece of flattened meat and then tossed it into the deep fryer. Minutes later it comes out, she chops it up and throws it over the mound of rice and beans. Add some lightly pickled onions and a plantain and you got yourself some genuine deliciousness. Ah Nueva Conquista, you seldom disappoint.
