Shanghai Cafe, with Hong

You know we always save Shanghai Cafe for when we know one of my sisters will be in town. But what you might wonder is, how do 3 people share 8 pork and crab meat dumplings? Well, wonder no longer. We cede to the visiting sister, who always gets 3, while M. and I alternate. What's amazing about this method is it requires M. and I to remember who ate the third one the last time. And yet somehow we always do remember.
