We love it when Patrick brings in Kristy's goodies; we are truly lucky to have some of the best office mates around! These adorable mini pie thingies (as Patrick called them) have just the right amount of spiced apples on the inside for easy and tasty consumption. With a nice warm cup of coffee, these go down real nice. I can't help but wonder what would happen if these got tossed in the deep fryer though???
