Ceci Cela has been making some changes lately, both to the displays and to the things being displayed. We spotted this unusual looking tart in the window today, caramel tart he says, and that thing which looks like a dab of butter is passionfruit mousse. We love it. It's vaguely reminiscent of crack pie, but with a dainty touch of fruit whip. This one's a winner guys.
