We were not the only ones who thought the warm coziness of Cafe Select suited this gray rainy day, the place was as crowded as I've ever seen it at lunch. I ordered bratwurst and rosti, while M. opted for buckwheat crepes. Usually it's a pretty reliable meal but the bratwurst was beyond salty while the rosti was crunchy bordered on breaking teeth hard. Hopefully that's just an off day and not a trend.
