Why haven't we gotten these before?? While I personally never knew such things were called chouquettes, I assumed correctly that the "chou" in chouquettes is part of choux (pastry) which is one of my favorite things. And at 35 cents each? I could easily eat half a dozen, but had only picked up three. Almost like a French counterpart to those oh so irresistibly delicious Hong Kong egg cakes. Happy happy.
