At this very moment I am munching on a cold leftover piece of galbi and boy is it deeeelicious. Tia kept admonishing us to eat more, like any proper Korean would, but now I'm glad for the leftovers as they make the perfect pre-dinner snack. There is little else on the menu at BCD Tofu other than varying versions of soondubu (tofu stew); we did all have different ones. But what I love about BCD Tofu is that ban chan starts with a fried fish each. Each! That's one whole 8" fried fish for each one of us. Nice.
