Congee

I double checked before we left for Congee to ensure we would not repeat our mistake of last time and accidentally order the so-so fried squid instead of the most delicious dish ever, salt-baked shredded squid with cashews. There was no hesitation as we sat down, a hot bowl of fish and lettuce congee, a plate of fried dough and the salt baked squid. Even the waitress nodded, uh huh, that's good.
