Over the weekend I made some cupcakes using Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Devil's Food mix and Susan Spicer's peanut butter cream cheese frosting for a birthday party. Wild success with the 3-year old I have to tell you, and easy peasy to make. The hardest part was having the patience to sift through 2.5 cups of confectioner's sugar for a double recipe.
