These things are gooood! Tastes like a cross of everything buttery and deicious: the flakiness of a croissant, the crunchy and sugary texture of a palmier, with the soft interior texture of a sticky bun. Sounds pretty insane eh? And it is, and so is the price tag ($5.25). Even though it's really really good, when something tastes more like a breakfast treat rather than a complicated piece of pastry, we think it's really hard to want to pay more than $3.25, a fairly arbitrary number I suppose.
