Tasty Dumpling

I was wondering why all the old Chinese people had left the benches in the sun empty, but 10 minutes later it was perfectly clear, the sun was almost too hot for comfort. We should have read Serious Eat's review on this pork and cabbage pancake from Tasty Dumpling a little more carefully before picking up two of them for lunch. Two bites in and juicy pork juiciness spewed everywhere. We were eating outside but it was still a messy affair. Next time, because we are definitely going back for this super yumminess of pork, cabbage and chewy pancake shell, next time we will bring wet naps. And next time we will not order a soup, which went uneaten because the 2 pancakes, order of dumplings and cold cucumber salad was more than enough.
