Ceci-Cela is getting all fancy on us, what with new fancy packaging and this delicately put together tart. Despite all the changes and innovation, I doubt they will ever lose their cozy, haphazard je ne sais quoi. And frankly, as long as the desserts and croissants remain true, we will always be back for more.
