Dominique Ansel makes some pretty tasty desserts, they're just a bit pricey for the size. Especially for this tiny morsel of cheesecake with creme brulee top that we split 3 ways with a very old and dear friend in town from Jackson Hole. We're wrapping up the day and headed out to enjoy these last warm days of summer.
