I guess we don't eat too many hot noodle soups in the summer, so it's been awhile for Noodle Village, but we were in the mood today. And boy am I glad. We ordered one special watercress dumpling soup and one with fish cakes, split the toppings, and were one hundred percent satisfied. Totally and completely hit the spot.
