We visibly wilted when there did not appear to be any stuffed peppers on the dim sum menu at Red Egg, but I instantaneously cheered up when the waitress said she could order it for us anyway. The beginning of the meal was off to a great start, especially with the discovery of the tasty pork and chive fried dumplings, but ended unsatisfactorily with a missing order for shrimp rice rolls that never materialized. We also tried the Macau baked seafood fried rice, an interesting sort of fast food gravy laden rice dish. Not something that tugs at my heart strings and not compelling enough for M. that we would order it again.
