This yuzu tart from Takahachi strongly resembles the delicious lemon tart we once had from Caffe Falai before they changed its composition. Yuzu is a citrus fruit, though seldom eaten as a fruit, it's used for its rind and slightly grapefruit, slightly mandarin orange flavor. It was all the rage a decade ago and still lingers on as a chef favorite everywhere.
