You can tell already, can't you, that this will not be the authentic Breton crepe as promised on the menu. I knew it the moment I saw the small plates coming toward us. It's my own damn fault for ordering a crepe from Le Magnifique, a French restaurant in the Upper East Side of no particular culinary distinction. But I was hungry and delusional.
