Ok, don't kill me but I'm going to try a dairy free diet for a month, which means our dessert posting for the next month may be a little skewed. Good for those of you sensitive to lactose, bad for those of you who might love butter like I do. It's going to be difficult from our new neighborhood, but M. is on board to try. The trouble is I really miss my breakfast croissants so it's quite possible I won't even last out the week. Today's cupcake comes courtesy of Harvest and Babycakes, a bit dry a day later but the frosting is still an impressive wonder of creation considering it's free of dairy, egg and soy.
