Make-Your-Own-Dosa, with John

We were headed out but Jae was trying to make a dent in today's lunch facilitated by Cater To Me so we called John and told him to come here instead. It was a make your own dosa party! Large aluminum trays of dosas, gently separated by parchment paper and an assortment of fillings. Though cold by the time we got to the table, the flavors were still quite nice.
