We're still getting to used to the change in scale here; I miss the small blocks, the little homey eateries and cheap Chinese food. Though when spring truly arrives we won't mind walk longer and further for food. In the meantime we choose between small take-out joints with 2-3 tables or large spaces with little character and lots of people. Markt is an exception, it's medium sized and cozily hustle bustle like Balthazar can be. Still we sat at the bar and split a completely reasonably priced salad and ham guyere omelet with yummy Belgian fries.
