The grilled catfish sandwich from Chat n Chew looks pretty ho hum, I admit, but what you cannot taste in this photo is the perfectly toasted bread. It was lightly crunchy, the bread yielded easily with each bite and to top that off was a tangy tartar sauce and plumply grilled catfish. The "caesar salad", on the other hand, is precisely what it looks like - not worth ordering or eating for that matter.
