3:55pm cookie

I'm a sucker for sandwich cookies, almost of any kind. These chocolate hazelnut cookies taste a bit more refined than say an Oreo, but they are made by the Italian pasta giant Barilla, so I'm sure they are no more gourmet than say Pepperidge Farm. No matter, they are not too sweet, and perfect for this welcomed Friday afternoon. Happy Summer Solstice, and enjoy the longest day of the year!
