4:40pm ginger snap cookies

I was excited that my morning routine this week took me by the Grandaisy Bakery especially since the potato pizza I had for breakfast really hit the spot. But I was more excited to pick up a bag of ginger snaps for a week of afternoon delight. Imagine our shock when the snaps turned out to be rather... ordinary. No kick! No gingery bite! No interest!
