Holy crowded Batman! Opening day at the finally open Flatiron location of Maison Kayser was packed to the gills. The crowd was not the young tech crowd we're accustomed to seeing at local lunch haunts, but judging from the table turnover, Maison Kayser downtown will have no trouble keeping busy. Of course the bread was stellar, but we did also try the tuna nicoise and a club saumon, both nice enough. The real lure for us is the endless array of desserts and baguettes.
