4:32pm cocoa nib cookie

I forget whether it was cacao nibs or chocolate nibs, but I figure I'd really like this cookie as I am a fan of the nibs. Can't say it's a cookie I'd crave. I enjoy the crunchy nibs but the cookie is a bit too sandy for my taste. The double sandy thing doesn't really work for me. But with a nice cup of coffee, I will find it in me to enjoy it this afternoon.
