Beecher's

With Y being lactose intolerant, there's almost no reason why we'd go to Beecher's. So while she's away, I thought it a perfect time to give it a try. I opted for the tuna melt which caught my eye because it said capers. And while it wasn't anything like a typical tuna melt, it was quite tasty. There were pickled bits, capers and dill all pressed till the bread was crusty and cheesy, but not gooey. And appropriately for Beecher's, the woman who took my name for the order wrote my name down as Beechy!
