Birdbath Pop-Up

I keep missing the Mamak Truck. I forget to check what their hours are, but the last two days I'm always met by disappointment when I find the truck closed up. Thursday, I will make it my priority!
I decided to stop by the Birdbath pop-up today. It was late so the offerings were slim. The woman behind the counter said this was their best offering (Pumpkin Seed Burger with avocado, cilantro & tomatillo sauce in a m'smen). After one bite, I realized I had eaten this before. It's really good, and tastes really unhealthy in that way "healthfood" can be, but sort of wished I had tried something new.
