Not that we weren't already deeply in love with the cookies from Tate's Bake Shop, but after reading this article about Kathleen King, the founder, we love her even more. I don't know how M. stands to walk into the Southampton shop, but my first time it was all I could do not to buy every single type of cookie that is made. As it was, we walked out with only three bags. Naturally I stashed the bag of chipless wonder cookies for a later date, like now.
