I've been occasionally stopping by Maison Kayser in the mornings for a croissant and coffee. Their croissants are super lovely, very light with a thin crispiness to the exterior, but they're also like eating air. Five bites later and the whole thing has disappeared. Sorry this post has nothing to do with the financier pictured above.
