M. picked us up a potpourri of sliders at Madison Square Eats today, all with very good interiors but sadly paired with (in our eyes) inferior buns. Too dense and dry, they completely overwhelmed the crab cake. Squishy potato buns would have been better. I have no complaints whatsoever with the pork bun from the Hong Kong Street Cart, except maybe that I could have eaten another.
