Not everything is good from Trader Joe's of course, but there's good stuff aplenty, and it's fun and satisfying to find the gems. Their Curried White Chicken Deli Salad, is one such find for me. I find it immensely satisfying and addictive. I tried their baked fresh baguette which was better than expected (better than it felt upon my gentle squeeze). If I taken the time to better this sandwich, I'd perhaps add some pickled red onions, and while it doesn't need it, avocados.
