Ennju

Despite being packed to the gills, it was strangely quiet at Ennju today. Maybe everyone is feeling the nor'easter on its way or it's simply that lull before the holidays when your heart wants to be home but your head is still at work. Last time M. got this rice bowl, the salmon skin don, so I followed suit. It's really quite a nice balance of flavors and freshness. Me like.
