In brief: The few things we have tried have all been good, but the dry sauteed string beans and ma po tofu are what we go back for time and time again.
I think we're nearing the end of our experimental phase of Homes Kitchen, meaning that we've almost tasted enough to settle on a handful of must eats. Last time a man sitting next to us ordered the coziest looking dish, pork with bits of cabbage and green pepper. We didn't see it on the menu but the waiter assured us it was the twice cooked pork, lean. And it was! So good. The green beans were, as per usual, totally addictively delicious. Yum yum.
