I did something very hard today, which was to steer clear of the very very tasty Parisienne sandwich and try another, for the sake of this blog. The Tunisienne was not that good, so I was a little wary, but the Provencal turned out to be somewhat of a success. Definitely not anywhere as successful as the ham and cheese, but the chicken was moist and flavorful, and the sandwich innards to bread proportion was well done. When those two things are in place, it's two thumbs up.
