In brief: The prime rib sandwich is absolute awesomeness, the others are okay to pretty good.

M. said don't get excited when I saw the Eataly bag holding what appeared to be a prime rib sandwich, so I knew she tried something else, which was the brisket and salsa verde. Not a bad sandwich, nice even, but nothing approaching the something something of the prime rib.
