In brief: Sometimes we wish they would take it easy on all the intense flavors.

We were out scoping a new project in the neighborhood so the client took us to Maysville to look at the weathered wooden paneling and thick stone slab countertop. Since we were there, we also had lunch. It took them awhile to seat us in the largely still empty place but by the time we left it had properly filled up. The food is good but sometimes too many flavors at once. I did like the fried chicken on the kale salad. I did not like the overdose of cheese.
