In brief: The pork chop was decent today, but there are plenty of other dishes I like better here.

I have found myself fond of a handful of dishes from Laut, but I'm not sure this would be one of them. It hit the spot, yes, but wouldn't have minded if it tasted a little 'dirtier'. That being said, we went at 1pm and waited just a few minutes for a table, and by 1:15, there were a few open tables (though still bustling). Maybe we've been wrong about the Flatiron lunch rush being 1pm.
